DARK CUBE

Industrial. Vintage. Rustic. Very warm combination actually. All of that around massive dark concrete cube. Custom made? Everything what we love from this loft is custom made. Everything has been designed and implemented carefully and with a lot of love.

Reconstructing lasted for two years, during which architect Dimitar Karanikolov and interior designer Veneta Nikolova, not only designed the space, but also designed furniture and many hidden details.

They say a picture speaks a thousand words..

Bachelor's lair

Perhaps it is designed as THE ideal lair of a bachelor (unmarried man if you are not versed in the definition of bachelor :)), but I really wouldn't have anything against that my apartment looks just like this, and I'm a woman :).

While "earth" tones aren't really my "thing", nor the leather sofa, in this case I'm speechless and I admit how much I'm wrong with rather choosing tones from white to black in countless shades of gray. Bold decor, absolutely manly, but I still want it. Perfect use of industrial elements, and design.. dinning table is breathtaking and my favorite. And so much more, from exposed beams to bare walls, lights, chairs and etc. Combination of concrete and stainless steel in bathroom, totally in love!

Let's face it. The owner of loft that looks like this could not be anyone. This person must be bold and brave, and whether male or female, knows exactly what he/she wants.

This loft as statement brings you straight to the third base. ;)

AND I WANT IT!!!

SHOREDITCH WAREHOUSE

From warehouse to home. Very popular concept. Not because of the high ceilings, open space and industrial vibe, not at all. Well, maybe a little :).. But for all those New York Soho lofts that we see in movies and that are so to die for. Well, New York isn't the only place where we can see former warehouses as breathtaking homes. It is most popular, really. But not the only.
This run-down Victorian warehouse in London, turned to into three luxary loft apartments, is a perfect combination of preserving the original character of the buliding, and a clever way of adding modern spirit into space. Of course, detail, in design and in the interior is what represents the soul of this lofts.
Furniture. Maybe not my favorite. But in love with materials, the flooring and walls. Artworks!!! Little bit of rustic, little bit of industrial. The right measure!

In many reviews, this loft is declared as THE perfect home for an architect. You may, or may not agree with this statement, but one thing is sure. Amazing space with absolutely perfect selection of furniture and equipment. Scavolini kitchen, Moooi lighting, Roche Bobois furniture and the famous Barcelona chairs, every architect's favorite, yet maybe not mine ;) And I really hate the carpet from the living room, although the majority of delights.
Concrete ceiling? If you love industrial interior, concrete is THE must! And this ceiling looks like pure awesomness.

The top floor apartment designed by Ukrainian architecture studio 2B Group is located in a building in Kiev, Ukraine. The inspiring interior design captures a multitude of styles, all designed to offer a seamless collection of textures, colors, shapes and materials. Wood, concrete, glass, metal, exposed brick – all these materials found their place in the apartment’s interior design and surprising lines and details were shaped with their help.
